Walter "Ted" Brown, Jr.

Walter “Ted” Brown, Jr., 72, formerly of Rowley, passed away early Saturday morning, January 23, 2016 at the Huggins Hospital in Wolfboro, NH. He was pre-deceased by his wife Jane (Beaudoin) Brown. Ted was born in Lynn, MA on October 1, 1943 to his late parents, Walter T. Sr and Barbara (Porteous) Brown.

Ted graduated from Lynn Trade School class of 1961. He was a Veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force. During his career he was a machinist at G.E. Lynn, retiring after 40 years. Ted enjoyed the outdoors and was a member of the Rowley Snow Surfers Club. He also enjoyed motorcycling. 

He is survived by two sons, Walter T. Brown,III of North Conway, NH and David Brown and his wife Maureen of Amesbury,MA. He leaves his sister Barbara (Brown) McHugh of Groveland, grandchildren Ashliey Walker, her husband Stephen, great-granddaughter Keana Walker, and grandchildren Justin and Jocelyn Lopez of Amesbury, as well as, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Wendy(Brown) McNaughton. A Memorial Service will be held in the Spring.
