Our experience at F.S. Roberts and Son in the services for our husband/step-father was wonderful. Through an extremely challenging time, Jeff and Zeth could not have been better to work with. They provided genuine support, guidance and direction, while respectfully sharing in both our tears and laughter throughout the process. Two songs were requested, and only one able to be played at the church. Zeth went above and beyond, ensuring we knew that en route to the crematorium, both songs were being played in the hearse. Every step of the way, things were heartfelt and extremely well planned. Thank you Jeff and Zeth.

Sadly, I called on the services of Jeff and Zeth at F.S.Roberts recently. They were so kind, so empathetic, along with their staff, made a difficult situation much easier. They made my family and I feel like the care and respect they showed to my beloved husband was the most important task they had.

When a loved one dies, it is devastating to family members. What is needed at that time is a staff of professionals who are not only efficient but sympathetic, understanding, and above all, kind. I discovered this after the death of my dear husband. I cannot begin to say how wonderful the staff at Roberts Funeral Home were. I would particularly like to thank Zeth Folds for all he did for me. His kindness and attention to detail, honoring all our wishes, was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend F. S. Roberts to anyone in need of a caring, gentle hand during their time of need.

We cannot thank Jeff and Zeth enough for the wonderful handling of the funeral for our husband and grandfather, Tom. When we visited the funeral home, after his death, we were treated like family from the moment we walked in. We were walked through the entire process, taking time making sure we understood every cost and detail. How fortunate we were to have both Zeth and Jeff there to provide comfort to me and my family at such a difficult time.

Jeff and his staff are very caring and compassionate. I found Jeff to be very meticulous and payed close attention to detail. He went above and beyond what was expected. I must admit the funeral parlor is very warm, inviting and nicely decorated inside and out. You will not be disappointed.

Jeff and his assistant Zeth did an outstanding job on my mother Doris Bradstreet's funeral. My mother left a lot of specific details which they helped me carry out, her makeup and attire were impeccable, and Zeth made a slideshow of her 90th birthday photos and even livestreamed the funeral for relatives who could not travel. Everyone adhered to social distancing and wore masks. I feel my mother's final wishes were fulfilled and that was so comforting, down to the placement of her favorite Sunday hat in her coffin. Thank you!

Words cannot express our gratitude to Jeff for the compassionate way in which he handled the sudden death of our baby son. From the first time I called and spoke with Jeff he was extremely caring and professional. Jeff and his staff made a very difficult and painful situation to be somewhat more bearable. This was our first experience in dealing with a funeral home and I would most definitely recommend Jeff and the F.S.Roberts and Son Funeral Home. Certainly no one likes to be in such a situation, but one cannot ask for a more dedicated and caring staff. Jeff and everyone there went above and beyond our expectations.

When my mom passed away Jeff and the staff were right there handling every detail. I love the home-like atmosphere of the funeral home; it is a beautiful building with intricate detail and the grounds are perfectly manicured. I cannot thank Jeff enough his compassion and professionalism. Everyone made a very sad and heart breaking time for our family one that was much more bearable. My mom looked beautiful as she had in her younger years and totally at peace. Thank you so much Jeff and your staff.
