Robbin M. Duncan Elmi

Robbin Mae Duncan Elmi, wife, mother, and retired teacher from Pine Grove Elementary School, passed away peacefully and surrounded by her family on Monday.

Known as ‘Ms. Duncan’ by her students, she had recently retired after 32 years as an elementary school teacher, and she leaves behind a legacy of hundreds of students, as well as the many friends she made through the staff and community at Pine Grove. As a teacher, she was well respected, and she always treated each student with the love of a parent.

Having grown up on a dairy farm, she was known for her love of animals, and she enjoyed bird watching and spending time with the family pets.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Elmi, her son, Steffen Elmi, and her daughter, Brooke Elmi. She will be dearly missed. 

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, April 2nd at 10:00 a.m. in the F. S. Roberts & Son Funeral Home, 14 Independent Street, Rowley, with a Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 noon.
