Harland C. Savage, Jr.

Harland C. Savage, Jr., age 59, of Railroad Avenue, Rowley, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. He was the husband of Brenda May (Spurling) Savage. Born on February 28, 1957, he was the son of the late Harland C. Savage, Sr. and Doris (Murphy) Savage. Harland was the co-owner of Savage Seafood. He was a life-long resident of Rowley and a beloved member of the community. Besides his wife, he is survived by his beloved granddaughter, Alanna Rose of Rowley, two grandsons, Anthony James of Concord, NH and Keegan Daniel of Sanford, ME, two step-daughters, Jessica L. Spurling of Concord, NH, Danielle Beaulieu of Sanford, ME, two sisters, Brenda Sinclair and her husband Robert Sinclair, Jr. of Ipswich, Bonnie Conaway and her husband Brian Conaway of Burke, VA, several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, nephews, and many cherished lifetime friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Saturday, April 30th at 11:00 a.m., in the F. S. Roberts & Son Funeral Home, 14 Independent Street, Rowley. Burial will take place in Main Street Cemetery, Rowley. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of one’s choice in Harland’s memory would be appreciated.
