Lorraine Billard Obituary

Lorraine Billard, 82, passed away on the evening of Thursday, September 5, 2019 in Rowley, Massachusetts.

Born Lorraine Lambert, she spent her childhood in Malden, Massachusetts.

She is survived by her younger brothers Lawrence Lambert of Maui, Hawaii and Charles Lambert of Amesbury, Massachusetts. In a final act of marital defiance, Arthur Billard passed away a few months shy of their 50th wedding anniversary. She is survived by their 4 children: Barbara Brucker of Amesbury, Massachusetts; David Billard of Magnolia, Massachusetts; Charles Billard of Bradenton, Florida; and Rebecca Shea of Rowley, Massachusetts.

Lorraine enjoyed hearing about the hijinks and adventures of her 2 Floridian grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Rowley Council on Aging or the Rowley Public Library.
