Thelma Pauline Jensen

Thelma Pauline (Mackie) Jensen, 93, of Summit Place, Newburyport, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 8, 2016.  Born on February 12, 1923, in Lowell, MA, daughter of the late Clifford F. and Elizabeth L. (Buzzell) Mackie.

Pauline was a graduate of Newburyport High School, Class of 1941.  She lived most of her life in Newburyport.  Pauline enjoyed traveling with her husband and cherished the 25 years of retirement at their camp in Maine and house in Florida. She also enjoyed needlework.

 She is survived by a son, Robert Scott Jackson and his wife, Catherine of Newburyport; a brother, David Mackie of Newburyport, his children, Amy, Elizabeth, and Darren; a sister, Marjorie Fox of Atlanta; two grandsons, Matthew and Bryan Jackson; and five great-grandchildren.
