Priscilla J. Edmonds
November 9, 1939 ~ November 30, 2016 (age 77) 77 Years OldPriscilla J. (Colby) Edmonds, 77, of 155 Elm Street, Byfield, passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side at Merrimac Valley Hospice House, on Wednesday November 30, 2016. Born November 9, 1939, in Lawrence and a life long resident of Byfield Massachusetts, she is predeceased by her parents Herman E. and Nina E. (Lynch) Colby and her husband John F. Edmonds.
Priscilla was a graduate of Newburyport High School in 1957 and was a long time employee of Market Basket in Rowley. She also held several posts in Newbury as the Warden for Precinct II and the President of the Board of Directors for the South Byfield Cemetery.
Priscilla is survived by two sons, Mark E. Crocker and wife, Deborah, Paul R. Crocker and wife, Lisa; two daughters, Deborah E. Tremblay and husband, Sean, Linda J. LeMay and husband, Ronald; a brother Robert E. Colby and wife Susan; eight loving grandchildren, Vicki Wilson, Ryan LeMay, Tyler Crocker, Troy Burrell, Brendan and Briar Crocker and Colby and Matthew MacDonald. Priscilla also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends including Denise McCoy who she cared about deeply.
Her Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, December 3rd at 12:00 noon at South Byfield Cemetery. Calling hours will be held prior to the Service from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the F. S. Roberts & Son Funeral Home, 14 Independent Street, Rowley.
