Dorothy Russo

Dorothy (Brown) Russo, 94, of Manchester, CT, formerly of Newton, MA and Rowley, MA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 29, 2018.

Dorothy was born in Auburndale (Newton) MA, daughter of the late Thomas H. Brown Sr. and Dorothy (Stone) Brown. Wife of the late Salvatore Russo.

She was employed for many years as a tube tester at Raytheon.

Dorothy is survived by two sons, George Russo and wife Mary of Manchester, CT, and Donald Russo of Groveland, MA; grandchildren, Amanda and her husband Eric Clemenzi, Allison and her husband Aaron Sayre, George Russo Jr. and his wife Michelle, Michael Russo and his wife Nicole, and Anne Russo; and eight great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her daughter, Karen Russo.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Newton Cemetery, 791 Walnut Street, Newton Center, MA followed by committal prayers at the grave. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
