ROWLEY: Katherine Stiles, 83, of Rowley, and formally of Saugus, passed away at home late Monday evening, February 1, 2010, peacefully with her family by her side, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Stiles.

Mrs. Stiles was born in Manasteric, Poland, on March 12, 1926, daughter of the late John and Anastasia Kulkiewicz. Katherine was a very generous and loving woman. She was a dedicated health care worker, devoting the last 30 years caring for the sick.

She is survived by five children: Kathleen Howell and her husband Denis of Rowley, MA, Jeffrey Stiles of NY, NY, Linda Stiles of Saugus, MA, and her wife Anne Gioiosa, Susan Stiles of Everett, MA and Sandra Stiles and husband Brian Emery of Deerfield, NH. Also, lovingly survived by her nine grandchildren: Thomas Howell, Amy and husband Michael Kearns, Matthew Howell, Renee Parente, Brian Parente, Michael Parente, Joseph Falzarano, Richard Fiorello, Jacob Emery; and six great grandchildren: Thomas Howell, Jr., Jake Howell, Elle Kearns, Liv Kearns, Nevaeh Parente, and Amarra Moody. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
