Isabel Enwright

Isabel (McGowan) Enwright, 96, formerly of Arlington, passed away at Care One at Lexington, in Lexington, Thursday, August 25  2016.  She was the wife of the late Thomas P. Enwright Sr.  Isabel was born in Somerville, August 18, 1920, daughter of the late Peter and Catherine (Nicholson) McGowan.  She was educated in Somerville. Isabel dedicated her life to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was a former member of the Irish-American Club. She is survived by her sons, Thomas Enwright Jr. and his wife Joyce of Medford, Michael Enwright and his wife Mary Ellen of Burlington, daughter, Claire Fulkerson and her husband William of Rowley, seven grandchildren, Jean (Enwright) Wesinger, William Fulkerson, Michael Enwright, Kevin Enwright, Christopher Enwright, Dennis Enwright and four great-grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Scott Enwright and sister of the late Phillip McGowan and Eleanor Carroll, step-sister Anne. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Main Street, Rowley. Calling hours prior to the Mass from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. in the F.S. Roberts & Son Funeral Home, 14 Independent Street, Rowley.  Burial in Main Street Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Leukemia Research at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Development Office, 125 Nashua St. Boston, MA 02114 would be appreciated.
